Cancellation and Transfer/Substitution

Acceptance of new participants will be closed on June 1^st.
(or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached before that date.)
 
All deposits must be finalized on or before June 1^st, 2016.

 

TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION:

If participants withdraw from the retreat for any reason between June 2^nd and June 30^th, they may transfer their registration to another person for an administration fee of $50. However, deposits cannot be refunded.

 

LAST DAY FOR CHANGES:
No changes or transfers/substitutions are permitted after June 30^th.
