Cancellation and Substitution Policies for Inkslingers in Tuscany 2021
PAYMENT DUE DATES
All Payments must be made in full on or before August 10th, 2021.
Acceptance of new participants will be closed on August 1st, 2021 (or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached before that date.)
STANDARD TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
These standard policies come from our tour provider, Costsaver Tours. Please see note at the bottom of this page regarding policies affected by the coronavirus.
If participants withdraw from the retreat for any reason prior to August 24th 2021, payment will be refunded. (less a $250 administration fee)
If the cancellation is due to a quarantine situation in Italy, payment will be refunded and the $250 administration fee will also be waived.
If a participant cancels Registration between 59 and 31 days prior to departure, (AUGUST 26th to September 23rd, 2021) 50% of the cost is non-refundable.**
If a participant cancels Registration between 30 days and the starting date (September 24th to October 23rd, 2021), 100% of the cost is non-refundable.
If participants withdraw between AUGUST 26th to September 23rd, 2021,, they may transfer their registration to another person for an administration fee of $250, as long as the withdrawing participant finds a person to replace them. (Or if Inkslingers has someone on a waiting list to take the vacated spot. However, it is the participant’s responsibility to fill their vacated spot, not Inkslingers.)
LAST DAY FOR CHANGES: No changes or transfers/substitutions are permitted after September 23rd, 2021.
