Cancellation and Substitution Policies Tuscany 2022

PAYMENT DUE DATES

Inkslingers in Tuscany starts on Saturday afternoon, October 29th and ends on Sunday morning, November 6th, 2022.

All Payments must be made in full by August 28th, 2022.

Acceptance of new participants will be closed on August 1st, 2022 (or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached before that date.)
 

STANDARD TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

These standard policies come from our tour provider, Costsaver Tours. Please see their note at the bottom of this page regarding policies affected by the Coronavirus.
 

If participants withdraw from the retreat for any reason up to August 27th 2022, payment will be refunded, less a $250 administration fee.

 

If a participant cancels Registration between 59 and 31 days prior to departure, (Sept. 1st to Sept. 29th, 2022) 50% of the cost is non-refundable.**
 
If participants withdraw between Sept. 1st to Sept. 29th, 2022, they may transfer their registration to another person for an administration fee of $250, as long as the withdrawing participant finds a person to replace them and any balance owing is paid.

(However, if Inkslingers has someone on a waiting list to take the vacated spot, only the administrative fee applies. However, it is the participant’s responsibility to fill their vacated spot, not Inkslingers.)

 

If a participant cancels Registration between 30 days and the starting date, (September 30th to October 28th, 2022), 100% of the cost is non-refundable.
 

LAST DAY FOR CHANGES: No changes or transfers/substitutions are permitted after September 29th, 2022.

**CORONAVIRUS – SPECIAL PROVISO:

Our tour provider is Costsaver Tours. They have responded to the current coronavirus situation HERE. Please note that many of their provisos may not apply to group contracts like Inkslingers in Tuscany. We strongly urge our participants to purchase cancellation Insurance.
