Cancellation and Substitution Policies for Paris Trip

Acceptance of new participants will be closed on August 26th (or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached before that date.)

All Payments must be made in full on or before August 15th, 2019.

If participants withdraw from the retreat for any reason prior to August 15th 2019, payment will be refunded less a $200 administration fee.
If participants withdraw after August 26th 2019, they may transfer their registration to another person for an administration fee of $150, as long as the withdrawing participant finds a person to replace them, or if Inkslingers has someone on a waiting list to take the vacated spot.
Inkslingers is not obligated to fill spots vacated by anyone who has already paid for the trip.
If a participant cancels Registration between 59 and 31 days prior to departure, 50% of the cost is non-refundable.
If a participant cancels Registration between 30 days and the starting date (October 26th), 100% of the cost is non-refundable.
No changes or transfers/substitutions are permitted after September 26th, 2019.
